How Group Bookings Work

1. Tell us your numbers — group size, number of vehicles needed, pickup and drop-off points, and schedule.

Coordinating Large Groups Across Multiple Vehicles

The logistical complexity of moving 50 or 150 delegates across Nairobi simultaneously is not trivial. Our group transport team uses pre-planned manifests (passenger lists per vehicle), synchronised departure timing, and a central radio/mobile coordination loop to ensure no delegate is left behind and no vehicle arrives at a venue without its full load. For large multi-day conference contracts, we assign a dedicated fleet coordinator embedded with your event team.

Pricing Structure

Group transport is priced by vehicle per day or per transfer, depending on the requirement. A Toyota Hiace (14-seat) starts from KES 12,000 per transfer or KES 20,000 per full day. A Toyota Coaster (22-seat) starts from KES 18,000 per transfer.
